Subscription info
When subscribing, please be advised of the following:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot take back a spirometer. Any subscription cancellations will be applied to the following subscription renewal period.
- Your healthcare cost insurance may cover/reimburse the cost of the spirometer and the Sparky application. Please check with your insurance to determine if they provide coverage.
- Note that only the MIR Spirobank Smart works with Sparky™. Other spirometers do not work.
- You will receive an email detailing your subscription and login information. If you have ordered the subscription PLUS spirometer, the spirometer will be delivered to your Account address in approximately 7 – 10 working days.
- In case you would only like to buy a replacement sprirometer, please send an email to info@lung-games.com
