a. How can I get Sparky?
In order to play Sparky, you need a subscription. You can order the subscription from this website. After you order your subscription, you receive an email with detailed instructions on how to get the app.
Does Sparky require a subscription?
Yes, Sparky requires a subscription. Without it, the game cannot be played. The game cannot start without it.
Does Sparky require a spirometer?
Yes, Sparky requires a specific spirometer. It can only be played with the MIR Spirobank Smart.
Which Spirometer do I need?
Sparky can only be played with the MIR Spirobank Smart.
On what tablet/phone can I Sparky?
At current, sparky can only be played on an android device.
Subscription purchase at website?
How can I pay the subscription?
There are various subscription and payment possibilities at the website. You will see the payment options when you go to the check out. It could be that your healthcare cost insurance company, reimburses, in part or full, the game, and the spirometer. It is up to you to check with your insurance company.
Is Sparky covered/reimbursed by Insurance?
It could be that either the spirometer and/or the game are covered by the insurance company, or that you can get financial support to get it.
Prescription for Spirometer?
Depending on your elegibility, you May get a prescription for the spirometer from your doctor. Depending on your insurance policy, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Unfortunately, you need to find out yourself. Please note that only the MIR smart works with Sparky.
Once we get written confirmation from an insurance company that it covers Sparky, we will communicate here and at our website.
Where can I download the app?
Once you have paid for your subscription, you will get email detailing. What do you need to do. That will include the download location of a Sparky.

Trail Period? Can I cancel my Subscription?
Unfortunately, you cannot have a trial period or cancel your subscription. The reason is the same for both. The Spirometer is a hygiene product. Once opened, we cannot determine if it is used, and we can not sell to another person. Also for the game subscription there are a number of activities that are specifically carried out for you.
